My discovery

I always follow my family and my friends when I travel or go to where I don't know, so I don't remember the ways. That's why I have ever thought that I am the person who has no sense of direction. However, when two of my friends and I went to summer, I found that I have a better sense of direction than I thought. We have a lot of free times in evening , so we went shopping and to try out the food at various restaurants. It was the first trip to Taiwan for all of us, and we didn't know where we should go to. We asked places of rcommendation to a stuff in the hotel where we stayed. We decided to go to there with a map, but my two friends are not good at consulting maps. Then, I could lead them to destination surprisingly!
From then, I gained confidence in my sense of direction.
It's my new discovery:)

My Future

When I am 70, how will I be? Is my hair color white, is my face wrinkled by time, and are back and arms weak? My ideal is a vigorous old lady! Then I'd like to live with my husband happily.
I will eat healthy and delicious meals and take moderate exercises every day to keep healthy.
Once a year, I want to travel abroad with my husband:)
I'm looking forward to see my grandchildren in long vacation. They must be very cute.
I just want my family to live healthy and pleasantly.
I'm looking forward to meeting my friends at the age.
I'm short, so I worry about it. I don't want to be shorter than now...

My Preferences

I like playng sports, especially I like double dutch. I had played it for about 4 years. By the way, do you know double duch? We need two ropes to play it. Basically, two people turn the ropes and one or two people jump in them. When I was 14 years old I started to play it. My team was consist of my friend, my older sister, her friend and I. A double dutch competition held in Tokyo or Kobe onece a year, so we practoced for it. We couldn't win the championship every year, but final year for our team we became the champion in a class of high school! We were very excited when we saw the result. We played it not only for the competition but also for school festival. We played it with music and performance various acrobatics at school festival. It's more fun than the competition. Our team broke up because we went to different universities....
But all of them are my good memory forever, and I want to play double dutch again:)

My Future Marriage

I'd like to hold a wedding in Guam. When I went to there, I impressed by the view. We could see very beautiful blue ocean from there. I like it! I saw many pictures of couple who solemnize a marriage. They looked so happy. There is a bell and it is said that if couples ring a bell, they can be happy. It's romantic.
However, if I hold a wedding in guam, I can't invite my friends, because it'll cost too much. I think it's better to hold it in Japan than foreign country if I want to ask my friends to come.
I'd like to wear not only dress but a white kimono. I don't know which is better for me to hold in foreign country or Japan now, but I have a lot of time to think about it. That's because I am still student in University:)

My Friendship

I spent most time with the member of my softball club in my junior high and high school days.

When we had different opinions, we hold meetings many times. We overcame a lot of difficulities together. Softball is a sport that is played 9 people. But we were just 9 people! we could not have taken part in gemes if one of us had hurt or absented. Team work is so important that we say everything what we thought each other even if opinions were strict. Thanks to this action, our team work becme better. Teammates' characters were diverse, so I thought there are some people whom I might have had few chances to talk with if we hadn't been a member of the softball club. Of course playing softball was fun, but I it's more important for me to be with them. Some of us are planning to go to travel by bicycles! It sounds interesting.

A Special Day

I have moved many times, so it was my first time to spend time with the same member for six years. That's why the graduation ceremony of my school is my special day. My school combines a junior high school and high school, therefore we went to the same school for six years. In addition, we had only 65 students, so we make very storong bond of friendship.
However we were not always on good terms with each other, but the time that we spent together is so long that we become like family!! I get used to the school life, and I had expectations and anxiety about my new school life. As the graduation ceremony approached, sadness increased. Representing our grade, I had to make a speech on that day. My teacher told me not to cry while making speech, but I cried a little because I could hear cries of classmate. Most of us couldn't sing song well because of crying. After the ceremony, we took the last homeroom.
I won't forget the last day which I had time with my classmate throughout my life.

The Progress of Technology

Everything in the world have advantages and disadvantage, so about technology, when good points are increasing, bad points are increasing at the same time. I think when new high-tech products are developed and sold, the media often emphasizes merits of them. As a result many people buy them at once without thinking about demerits of them.



I think technology of communication tools are good for people who are too shy to tell people his or her opinion. Through writing on the Interenet, they can express their thoughts and feelings
easier. Thanks to Internet, we can communicate with people quickly wherever they are.

Although High-tech makes our lives convenient, we need more information about productions.
We have to use technology, not be used by technology.

globalization

Thanks for globalization, we can buy foreign product. There are many imported food, clothes and home electronics etc... Brand of clothes such as H&M and ZARA haven't been in Japan until these years, but now there are many foreign brand shops, not only in Kanto but in Knasai. I think the more globalization progress, the more foreign brand shops increase in Japan.

If there are no foreigh brand shop you like in Japan, you can buy these products by Internet easily. It's useful but we are satisfied with only in Japan, pleasure of going abroad may be decrease. I think some products which are sold only a few places are atractive.

my summer vacation（＾ｖ＾）

This summer vacation was very exiciting for me!!


Until last summer, I went to high school to take part in club activity almost every day, but this summer I didn't have to go there and I had much time.


The first half of summer vacation, I went to three festivals with my friends. The three festivals are Ashiya Summer Carnival, Tenjin festival and PL festival. Wearing yukata, we couldn't walk as well as usual. We got tired, but soon we got well thanks to the food such as hashimaki, yakisoba and little sponge cakes. Fireworks were marvelous. I was moved very much, and could feel Japanese summer.



Around the middle of August, I went on a trip to Nagoya with my family. We went to a house that recreates involved in the movie of Tonarino Totoro. I like Ghiburi's movie, so I was looking forward to seeing that. The house was built in great detail, and better than I have expected. In the house, there were not only the same furniture as the movie, but also same clothes. I took many pictures. I recommend that Ghiburi fans go to there!!

From August 23rd to 31st, I went to Taiwan and Malaysia with my seminar's teacher, friends and seminar's teachers and students in other universities. Our purpose is studying how Japanese companies work in foreign country. We visit Japanese companies such as Sony and Yamaha. Then employees explained their company and showed us their factory. These experience are interesting, especially tours of factories. That's because we can't go to factories in daily life. Through them, I thought that I have to use products aroud me carefully.
During the day, we went to companies, but we were free at nights. My friends, teacher (sometimes) and I went shopping and eating dinner at night market. Taiwanese food and Malaysian food was very cheap and delicious. Last two days in Penang, Malaysia, we were free all day long, we played parasailing bananaboat and jetskiing. It was so exciting.
We swam in the pool. I had very very good time. I could study many things, make friends and enjoy sightseeing. I want to go to Taiwan and Malaysia again.

summer vacation

I'm looking forward summer vacation, because I have delightful plan. I'm going to go to summer fesivals with my friends in July. A summer festival held in Ashiya, a lot of fireworks are displayed. It's very beautiful!! I want to wear yukata, but I don't have it. I have to buy yukata♪
Going to festivals, I can feel summer.
In August, I will go to Taiwan and Malaysia for eight days. I have never been to both Taiwan and Malaysia. I will examine these countries before I left Japan so that I can spend much better time in these countries.
It costs much to enjoy my summer vacation, so I earn money...and I also have to study for tests before my happy time!!

My good and bad points

I think my good point is I can draw a clar line between enjoy and serious time. I can spend time delightlly when it is allowed to enjoy doing something, but when I have to do something hard like studying, I can change my mind. I learned this change through softball club.
I'm careless with everything. It's my bad point. For example, when I receive an e-mail from my friend on my mobile phone, I check it, but I forget giving an answer. That's why I think I'll reply later and it become too much trouble. I can't write pretty messages. My e-mails are always simple, but simple is the best I think!! Actually, I was scolded by my friend today because of not giving an answer. From now on, I try to reply quickly.

What I'd like to accomplish

I want to be abele to speak English fluency.
However I have studied English since I was junior high school student, I can't speak English fluency. When I have to speak in English, I become nervous... I forget even easy word!! It's difficult for me to speak English, but learning English is very interesting. Communicating with foreighners in English is delightful. I am happy when they understand what I want to say and I can understand what they say. I have learned English for six years, so I think it's not good leave my English ability unfinished. My friends and I decided to talk in English at English class.

I also want to read one book written in English. When I was high school student, my English teacher gave me the book. The book was used in my English class, but this book was too dificult for me to read. My English class' students is very good at English, so they can understand. I was regrettable about it. In the future, I'd like to read the book without dictionaly!! I have to study harder.

A place I've lived when I was child is Sanda, Hyogo. Sanda is a country town.
These days ,around Sanda station is developing , but my house is the inner part of Sanda.
I lived in an apartment that is the highest building around threre.
There are many rice fields and mountains by my house.
When I was in elementary school, my friends and I often go to forests lol
My nearest station is Hirono station. Trains come twice an hour, so it takes about
two hours to go junior high school in Ashiya. It was so hard.
I moved Ashiya when I was 13 year old, so I go to school by bicycle.
It become easy for me to go to there. I was happy to move Ashiya!!

My first weeks of Kwangaku

I looked forward to entering Kwangaku,but I was nervous. I spent my junior high school and high school life with same member,so I forget how to make friends. However, I made many friends!! I was very happy.I enjoyed my first week of Kwangaku,but there are many things I have to do and want to do, so I was very very tired. At first, I'm not used to sitting for 90 minutes. It's so long !! I got sleepy and hungry. Classes are difficult, so I decided to study hard!! I was given many papers about clubs and circles, so I want to belong to some of them.

These days, I'm really enjoying my Kwangaku life!! Last weekend, I went to Universal Studio Japan with my friends at Kwangaku. I had great time there. I stayed at my friend's house, and we made curry rice. It was so delicious.
