Prince William and Kate Middleton are going to marry, and a number of people in Britons congratulate them on their marriage. This encouragement will not last when you read something about this marital influence on British economy. The LA Times said that the UK will lose approximately $10 billion due to their marriage. There were four-day holiday, Easter break last week, and three days later, there is four more days for their mariage wich is decided in a row. Then, many people took off the three days, and the holiday become eleven days. Workers make no products during the holiday, that's why the UK will lose such a huge money.
Royal wedding costs a lot of money, but at the same time, the UK will be able to make large amount of money from selling souvenir to visitors. Politicians are discussing if the UK economy will be growing.
I think marriage is one of the happiest moment in our lives, so such bad news on the marriage make me feel sad... However, it's a serious problem for people living in the UK to live. The UK government should talk about solutions. For example, they reduce the number of holiday or cut the cost of wedding ceremony as much as possible. Anyway, it's important to enjoy celebration!
Happy wedding to William and Kate :)
